At Snazaroo Shop, we’re all about bringing magic and creativity to your celebrations. We want you to be absolutely spellbound with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for your magical transformation. That’s why we’ve created a returns process that’s as simple as waving a magic wand!

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Afro Wigs
  • Film & TV Wigs
  • Glamourous Wigs
  • Halloween Wigs
  • Make Up & Special Effects products
  • Hairspray
  • Bondage items
These items are exempt from returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to make sure you include all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the unused item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order. If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item to you!

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to exchange your item! The process is the same as returns – just let us know in your email that you’d like an exchange rather than a refund. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we’ve processed your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement right away at no additional cost to you!
