🚀 Shipping Information

We can’t wait to get your order to you! Here’s how it works:

Order Processing: Your magical order will be prepared and packed with care within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be absolutely spellbound with your purchase! If something isn’t perfect, our returns process is as simple as waving a magic wand.

Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Afro Wigs, Film & TV Wigs, Glamourous Wigs, Halloween Wigs
  • Make Up & Special Effects products
  • Hairspray
  • Bondage items

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your items.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

📦 How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to include all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the unused item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

💷 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to help! The process is the same as returns – just let us know in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we’ve processed your return. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item to you!
