We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain products (wigs, make-up, hairspray, and bondage items) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country.

We want you to be absolutely spellbound with your purchase! If something isn’t perfect, here’s our returns policy:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your items.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs, make-up products, hairspray, or bondage items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
